Dr. Neil Smith III is a board-certified family medicine physician and Chief Medical Officer. He brings extensive experience in primary care, addiction medicine, and physician leadership, with a focus on evidence-based treatment of substance use disorders.
Throughout his career, Dr. Smith has served in various clinical leadership roles, including Medical Director and Director of Primary Care. He is dedicated to improving patient outcomes, expanding access to addiction treatment, and delivering compassionate, comprehensive care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, their three children, and their seven dogs.
